Job Description

Reporting to the Americas Commercial Leader, the Director of Source 1 Parts, is a key role in our organization. This team member will lead the efforts to drive parts growth through our direct and indirect channels. Our team's ability to drive change relies on close relationships with every function and P&L. Most critical for this role is to lead the Parts Team and partner with the regional and global leaders, including Service, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Planning, and Operations. Success in this role will increase parts revenue, margin, market share and drive channel accountability.     

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and support growth playbook execution to grow revenue, margin and market share for the direct and indirect channels   
  • Develop and implement strategic sales programs related to pricing, sales promotions, marketing programs, new product offerings, and tools and applications  
  • Differentiate and leverage product offerings to gain market share
  • Develop and manage distributor dashboards and performance to drive sales visibility and accountability  
  • Drive sales marketing programs to increase market share  
  • Develop portfolio segmentation to visualize areas of growth or exit plans  
  • Establish forums for cross product-parts-sales collaboration
  • Partner with Regional Leaders, Product Management, and Solutions team members to define tactical moves to drive growth
  • Manages channel conflict between distributors, where necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
  • 8+ years' progressive experience in aftermarket, channel management, and marketing
  • Proven leadership experience in aftermarket channel strategy
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% to engage directly with customers and understand operational challenges

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MS or MBA)
  • Technical expertise in HVAC product lines and/or active participation in industry associations (e.g., ASHRAE, HARDI)
  • Experience leading organizational transformation initiatives
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
  • Demonstrated success in cross-site and cross-business collaboration
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Six Sigma or working knowledge of lean methodologies preferred for driving process improvement and operational efficiency.
