Job description

Nissin Precision North America is a metal stamping and welded assembly facility located in Englewood, Ohio.

We are looking for experienced individuals who can set-up, operate and maintain progressive die, machines and to ensure quality and press efficiencies are met daily and to maintain a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sets up and operates progressive die machines, decoilers, rollstraighteners and feed equipment.
  • Perform quality checks on parts being produced on a scheduled basis.
  • Analyze and try to resolve work problems that may occur during the job.
  • Accurately and timely complete all daily production paperwork requirements.
  • Ensure the quality of parts produced at minimum cost.
  • Follow direct instructions/work procedures to assure a safe, efficient operation.
  • Load and unload coils of material.
  • Be able to use micrometers, calipers and other measuring equipment on a daily basis
  • Clean equipment dies and work environment.

Experience:

One (1) year experience in the set-up and operation of presses.

Two (2) years experience in a manufacturing environment.

Must have strong math and good communication skills.
