Stainless Steel Grinder
Job Summary
The Stainless Steel Grinder plays a vital role in Holloway America’s fabrication team by preparing stainless steel components to meet exacting standards for pharmaceutical tank manufacturing. This position requires precision in grinding and finishing, strict adherence to quality and safety protocols, and effective collaboration with production teams. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, safety-conscious, and able to interpret technical specifications.
Responsibilities
  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to complete grinding and finishing tasks accurately.
  • Accurately document all activities and records necessary for ASME tank fabrication compliance.
  • Operate power tools, grinders, and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Operate forklift and overhead crane as needed to move materials and components.
  • Apply knowledge of grinding methods and finishing techniques specific to pharmaceutical tank fabrication to achieve required surface finishes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Support team goals by being available for overtime when production demands increase.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
