Field Manager – Roles & Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

● Lead and manage the Field Team across pack-outs, deliveries, and on-site work; model safety, quality, and professionalism.

● Run the daily Field Huddle; set expectations, assign roles, and confirm priorities.

● Ensure accurate scanning, item handling, and job documentation (RestoreNet/WTA, photos, notes).

● Verify that iPads contain current scopes and job details; confirm team reviews each morning.

● Coordinate schedules, truck loads, and equipment readiness (PPE, dollies, blankets, pads, tool kits).

● Perform on-site quality checks; coach in the moment and document follow-ups.

● Communicate with Project Managers, Customer Experience, Operations Manager, and Warehouse on job progress and issues.

● Manage field supplies and inventory; coordinate with Operations Manager/Warehouse for replenishment and staging.

● Track performance and safety metrics; identify gaps and drive improvements.

● Maintain dress code and customer-facing standards; resolve field issues with empathy and urgency.
