Responsibilities:

  • Support daily onsite operations by assisting the Foreman with planning, organizing, and executing pool installation tasks
  • Lead by example through strong work ethic, professionalism, and consistent adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Guide crew members by demonstrating techniques, offering direction, and helping newer team members learn
  • Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively, including excavation tools and installation machinery
  • Ensure jobsite readiness through layout assistance, material staging, equipment checks, and site cleanup
  • Communicate project needs clearly with the Foreman and team to keep installations on schedule
  • Troubleshoot onsite challenges and assist in finding practical, timely solutions
  • Promote a positive team environment built on collaboration, respect, and accountability

Qualifications:

  • Construction or installation experience required; pool installation experience is a plus
