Job Summary:

Manages Program Management team members, including Integration Program Managers and Integration Program Manager Leads, responsible for small- and large-scale, multi-million-dollar, complex integration solution programs and customers.Develops organizational capability through talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, and retention strategies. Provides leadership, coaching, prioritization, and escalation support to ensure program execution, production readiness, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, key business metric attainment, continuous improvement, revenue growth and P&L performance, and strategic account performance. Collaborates with sales,integrationleadership, supply chain, quality, engineering, operations, and customer stakeholders to align customer business strategies and future product plans with company capabilities, resources, and operational execution plans.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Provides leadership, direction, coaching, and development for Integration Program Managers and Integration Program Manager Leads, including workload prioritization, account assignments, performance expectations, development planning, training needs, and resolution of complex performance or execution issues.
  • Establishes and governs a consistent program execution cadence across assigned customer programs, including program standups, internal program reviews, metric assessments, escalation reviews, and cross-functional follow-up to drive customer satisfaction and operational accountability.
  • Provides leadership oversight for production readiness activities across assigned programs, ensuring Program Managers and PM Leads coordinate ramp-up modeling, master production schedule alignment, production output reviews, and readiness actionsrequiredto support customer commitments.
  • Serves as the leadership escalation point for program execution issues involving production, engineering,logistics, supply chain, contracts, quality, operations, and New Product Introduction teams to ensure customer service level expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Ensures customer-facing program communication is professional,timely, fact-based, and aligned across Program Managers and PM Leads, customer managers, sales, and integration leadership, including communication of risks, recovery plans, performance gaps, and customer-impacting issues.
  • Provides leadership oversight for the largest, most strategic, or highest-complexity customer programs, ensuringappropriate assignmentof IPM and IPM Lead resources, cross-functional engagement, escalation management, and execution discipline.
  • Provides strategic leadership and direction to identify continuous improvement opportunities, profit leaks, improve execution discipline, and strengthen customer satisfaction across assigned programs.
  • Drives productivity, process control, resource management, and consistent business practices across the team based on a thorough understanding of the end-to-end business processes.
  • Manages required activity with various support organizations in support of exceeding customer service level expectations, including engineering, logistics, supply chain, contracts, operations, and new product introduction.
  • Develops metrics for monitoring performance to customer commitments for all assigned customer support service activities.
  • Analyzes current operational practices, including customer specific inventory models, customer service levels and financial performance to drive change and to execute the committed deliverables.
  • Manages and develops manager level staff and direct staff, including account assignments, hiring, development, training, and resolving complex issues related to performance.
  • Manages a cross section of the largest and/or most strategic accounts with the highest degree of complexity and variability.
  • Manages organic growth and global strategies for accounts.

  • Accountable for leadership, prioritization, and performance outcomes across a team responsible for complexintegrationprogram execution, customer satisfaction, production readiness, operational metrics, and cross-functional customer support.
  • Provides directions to experienced professionals, lead-level program managers, and/or supervisors while adapting departmental plans, resource priorities, and escalation paths to address operational challenges and customer commitments.
  • Usesindependent judgment to balance customer commitments, resource constraints, business performance, and operational risk across strategic accounts.


Work Experience:

  • Typically 6+ years including 2+ years of supervisory experience


Education and Certification(s):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
