The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking an exceptional Senior Club Manager to help lead premium hospitality operations at the new Truss Club at American Family Field, home of the Milwaukee Brewers in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This role is designed for a hospitality-driven leader who understands that world-class service is built through intentional leadership, operational excellence, and an uncompromising commitment to the guest experience.

The ideal candidate is a polished, hands-on hospitality professional with experience delivering elevated service in luxury hotels, premium dining, private clubs, upscale entertainment venues, or high-end sports hospitality environments. This individual will play a key leadership role in creating memorable, personalized experiences for guests while driving operational excellence across premium spaces and ballpark operations.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $89,500 - $112,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Lead and inspire a culture centered on luxury hospitality, professionalism, accountability, and service excellence
  • Serve as a visible, hands-on operational leader during events, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest experiences
  • Hire, develop, coach, and mentor managers and frontline team members to deliver personalized, anticipatory hospitality
  • Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the club food and beverage team members and operation on event days
  • Maintain exceptional standards for cleanliness, presentation, service flow, and product quality
  • Build strong relationships with premium guests, partners, and internal stakeholders while handling guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist in developing and executing operational strategies, budgets, labor management, and financial goals.
  • Prepare monthly projection reports; ensure effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll are in place
  • Ensure compliance with all company standards and federal, state, and local regulations
More about you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in premium hospitality environments, including luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, private clubs, premium sports and entertainment venues, or high-end food and beverage operations
  • Proven ability to lead teams that deliver elevated, personalized guest experiences at scale
  • Strong operational leadership experience in high-volume environments while maintaining exceptional service standards and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and retaining hospitality-focused teams and leaders
  • Financial and business acumen including budgeting, labor management, forecasting, and P&L oversight
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests, partners, and senior leadership
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced environments
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and major events as required
