Job description

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist the ticket sales team with database management, lead generation, and outreach to fans and local businesses.
  • Support the sponsorship department by helping organize contracts, activation plans, and partner deliverables.
  • Assist in planning and executing sponsorship renewals and new business presentations.
  • Help organize and restock team merchandise, assist with online orders, inventory tracking, and offseason store management.

  • Assist with community events and mascot appearances.

  • Participate in community outreach and promotional event planning for the upcoming season.
  • Support front office staff with daily administrative tasks, including phone calls, mailings, filing, and organization.

  • Assist with stadium operations

Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Sport Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn CRM or ticketing software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
  • Available to work flexible hours as needed, including occasional evenings or weekend events.
