Financial Reporting Manager

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Reporting Manager:
• Lead quarterly and annual SEC reporting, including financial statements, footnotes, disclosures, and MD&A preparation
• Research and implement new accounting standards and technical accounting guidance
• Oversee consolidated financial reporting and ensure GAAP compliance
• Manage tax reporting, deferred tax calculations, and related regulatory filings
• Partner with auditors, regulators, and internal business leaders on accounting and reporting matters
• Support acquisition accounting, valuations, and financial integration activities
Qualifications for the Financial Reporting Manager:
• CPA designation required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
• SEC reporting experience required
• Prior public accounting experience with SEC clients strongly preferred
• Financial institution experience is a plus
