Job description

St. Charles Community College is located just west of St. Louis, in the heart of growing St. Charles County. At St. Charles Community College, we have a passion for student success. We serve a growing diverse student population, and we are committed to increasing the diversity of our faculty and staff who will help prepare our students for a global society. Qualified candidates will have demonstrated success in serving diverse student populations.We are seeking individuals to teach non-credit/community education offerings on a part-time, project-based assignment. Opportunities and program areas vary. Formal training/credentials and teaching experience is desirable, but subject matter expertise is key. Most classes meet in the evenings and Saturdays. Class length, days, and times are flexible. Teachers develop their own curriculum.This posting is designed to build a pool of potential Continuing Education Instructors; requirements and hours may vary. Applicants may be contacted if their qualifications match a need for a particular course.
