Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead a complex enterprise systems implementation and integration initiative. This individual will drive project planning, governance, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination across IT and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Lead project governance, status reporting, risk management, and executive communications.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party implementation partners to keep deliverables on track.
  • Manage multiple system integrations and support data migration, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Proactively identify project risks, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability across stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of technical project management experience leading enterprise software implementations or systems integrations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving finance, operations, and IT teams.
  • Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience using project management platforms
  • Experience with ERP or financial systems implementations is highly preferred.
