Role Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities
  • Serve as the primary market-facing representative for Infosys, positioning the company as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
  • Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key decision-makers and sponsors
  • Leverage the full Infosys portfolio-including Application Services, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure, Security, Digital, IoT, Business Process Services etc - to develop solutions aligned to client business needs
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across practices, verticals, and global delivery teams to drive deal pursuit and execution
  • Lead opportunity qualification, proposal development, and executive-level presentations
  • Act as a key contributor to the growth and expansion of Infosys' global service offerings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 15+ years of experience, with strong sales experience in services industry
  • Develop and execute sales growth strategies
  • Track record of building relationship with CXOs of leading automotive organizations
  • Expert in full sales lifecycle management from prospecting through contract closure
  • Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
  • Manage complex pursuits and multi-service line opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability in Industry thought leadership and domain led selling
  • Leverage hyperscalers and software partners ecosystem
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Represent Infosys at industry conferences, client events, and executive forums
