The Powersports Sales Manager leads the sales team in achieving sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, and managing the inventory of powersports vehicles. The manager is responsible for implementing sales strategies, training team members, and ensuring an exceptional buying experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership goals and increase market share.
    • Set, monitor, and report on sales targets for the sales team.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine dealership offerings and pricing.
  • Team Leadership
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales associates, ensuring they have in-depth knowledge of all powersports products.
    • Conduct regular sales training sessions to keep the team updated on product features, customer service techniques, and sales tactics.
    • Motivate and drive the sales team to exceed sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Relationship Management
