Job description

About the Role

In this role, you will act as a high-touch consultative partner for Kohl’s most valuable marketplace sellers (the top 20%). This role focuses on driving long-term revenue growth and "white-glove" retention by deeply integrating these key partners into the Kohl’s ecosystem and marketing strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary business consultant for Tier 1 sellers. Develop 12-month joint business plans (JBPs) to align seller assortments with Kohl’s corporate seasonal goals

  • Lead Business Transformation initiatives. Negotiate and execute the inclusion of marketplace products into core Kohl’s marketing channels (Circulars, Homepage Hero spots, and Loyalty Program integrations)

  • Execute sophisticated pricing and promotion strategies. Manage high-level performance marketing levers, SEO optimization, and exclusive email placements to maximize conversion

  • Design and lead the Annual Seller Summit. Serve as the Voice of the Seller to internal product and tech teams to influence back-office roadmap developments

  • Execute the day-to-day implementation of the media strategy. Acts as the liaison between sellers and the KMN team

  • Proactively identify churn risks among top-tier partners and develop save strategies to maintain category stability

  • Identify whitespace opportunities across categories, marketplaces, and fulfillment models; develop expansion roadmaps that increase share of wallet and long-term revenue contribution

  • Lead quarterly executive-level reviews with top sellers, presenting performance insights, growth strategies, and innovation pipelines to strengthen alignment and unlock incremental investment

  • Leverage advanced analytics on traffic, conversion, customer cohorts, and marketing attribution to provide strategic recommendations that optimize seller profitability and platform growth

  • Additional tasks may be assigned

What Skills You Have

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or business development

  • Proficiency in Excel
