Job Description/ Requirement:
  • 5+ years of IT project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry.
  • 5+ years of experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects with internal teams, external stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Experience developing end-to-end project plans covering business implementation, readiness, and technical milestones.
  • Experience facilitating business case and business requirements documentation.
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution.
  • Strong experience with project status reporting and executive presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong meeting facilitation, note-taking, action-item tracking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:
  • Understanding of IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
