As a Core Operations Senior Manager in Investment Operations, you will contribute to driving the future of Core Operations as the enterprise evolves to meet changing business and client needs. You will develop a deep understanding of industry products, practices and services and use this knowledge to continually enhance the level of service to clients as well as the operational effectiveness to help drive the business with scale, with a focus on current and future growth.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $185,107-$314,682
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
