4 Days in the office from any of our locations in Johnston RI,Westwood or Medford MA.
Role is not relocation eligible.
This position is responsible for providing financial support within the Town Management Office in Enterprise Data and Analytics. This role offers the opportunity to be a part of a small, high impact team that is forward looking and in process of redesigning processes to help better define business results through partnership with key leaders, supporting an area of strategic importance
The Sr. Project Manager would be responsible for performing actual, forecast, and budget analysis to track and report out key financial metrics on a monthly basis to stay aligned to the budget and strategic plan for key Reimagine the Bank Initiative (RTB) initiatives. The Sr. Project Manager position will possess the capabilities to forge strong partnerships across business lines and deliver results through collaboration with others.
Primary responsibilities include:
  • Primary focus of role is monthly actual and forecast financial analysis for Reimagine the Bank initiatives, although role may also include cross functional vendor and sourcing responsibilities.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to administer and improve critical financial processes
  • Provide monthly comprehensive business analysis, decision support and financial guidance to senior managers.
  • Develops and tracks key analytics to assess and communicate business performance to senior management.
  • Performs ad hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related discipline is required.
  • 5+ years of work experience involving financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in Oracle E-Suite and Microsoft Office products
  • Well-rounded knowledge of banking products and terminology
  • Familiar with JIRA, confluence, and agile working methodology.
  • Passion for collaboration and working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to multi-task

  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions, and managing work to achieve objectives
  • Be able to form strong relationships with business, by staying close to the business, understanding their priorities and their pain points, and partnering to help them.
  • Be able to connect business needs and requirements to support solutions to make recommendations and execute accordingly.

    Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $123,000 - $159,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn additional incentive earnings (if applicable). Actual pay is based on various factors including, but not limited to, the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience..
