Overview
Alvarez & Marsal's Healthcare Industry Group (HIG) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, based out of our New York Office. As our practice continues to grow and expand, we are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to help develop and execute an integrated marketing plan across campaigns, events, collateral, digital marketing, public relations, and communications. This role will work directly with the Healthcare Industry Group's Senior Director of Marketing to enhance our brand in the marketplace and across various healthcare sectors we serve. To excel, you will need to be able to operate effectively in a matrix, fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role will be a key contributor in helping to foster execute strategic marketing initiatives to build awareness, key client relationships and support pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with Senior Director of Marketing to design and execute end-to-end integrated marketing programs through events, outreach, engagement, thought leadership, lead nurturing, and follow up, to grow client relationships and business development opportunities.
  • Manage and curate content on the Healthcare Industry Group website and maintain social media presence for firm and key individuals.
  • Work marketing and practice leaders to develop, enhance and continue to refresh marketing collateral.
  • Management and execution of strategic client events, throughout the event lifecycle, including managing budgets, tracking and reporting metrics and ROI.
  • Conference management, including sponsorships, driving results from participation and measuring ROI.
  • Measurement: responsible for reporting and analysis of events, conferences, communications, etc. to track ROI and inform future initiatives and goals.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable writing marketing copy.
  • Highly professional, service oriented, pro-active and flexible attitude.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing, including email marketing, CRM, lead tracking, content creation, webinars, podcasts, video, and collateral management.
  • Ability to working easily with senior leaders.
  • Critical thinker; ability to juggle multiple projects with deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues autonomously.
  • Collaboration across a team
Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing.
  • Prior experience drafting internal and external communications.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools; Pardot and Cvent helpful
  • Reporting and data analysis.
  • Understanding of Salesforce.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications.
Compensation Statement
The annual base salary range is $120,000 to $160,000 commensurate with experience. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
