Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Cerritos, CA

Position Overview:

Golden Star Technology Inc. (GST) is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support revenue growth. This role is responsible for overseeing corporate branding, digital marketing, content development, demand generation campaigns, customer and partner events, and vendor marketing relationships.

The Senior Marketing Manager will work closely with executive leadership, sales teams, technology partners, and external vendors to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that generate qualified leads, strengthen customer relationships, and elevate GST's market presence. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled project manager, and hands-on marketing professional with experience managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support business growth, brand awareness, customer acquisition, and lead generation objectives.
  • Manage and strengthen GST's corporate brand identity across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with technology partners and vendors to maximize Marketing Development Funds (MDF), co-sponsored initiatives, and strategic marketing opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute customer events, executive briefings, seminars, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and partner engagements.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Create compelling marketing content including case studies, customer success stories, blogs, press releases, presentations, and thought leadership materials.
  • Design and oversee the development of marketing collateral, solution briefs, one-sheets, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Partner with sales leadership to support lead generation initiatives and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage website content and ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with corporate messaging.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign results, event ROI, and lead generation activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, invoicing, and expense reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing projects while ensuring timely execution and consistent brand messaging.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and best practices.
  • Perform other marketing and business development duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Experience in the technology, IT, professional services, or related industry preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, email marketing, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
  • Proficiency with graphic design and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with leadership, sales teams, partners, vendors, and customers.
