In this Senior Marketing Manager role, you'll lead the planning, development, and launch of marketing and advertising strategies that advance our energy-efficiency work with Southern California-based clients. What you'll do:
  • Lead marketing and advertising for energy-efficiency program clients in Southern California.
  • Partner directly with clients and vendors, and lead the ICF team to develop and deliver marketing plans that educate business customers about energy efficiency and drive participation in energy-efficiency programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and pursue business-growth opportunities-shaping growth strategies, marketing to prospective clients, and responding to RFPs.
  • Team with our Creative Studio to produce standout marketing materials, including advertising campaigns, point-of-purchase materials, websites, direct mail, brochures, incentive application forms, email campaigns, video, print, outdoor, and more.
  • Partner with our Paid Media Team to build and deliver vertical marketing and advertising campaigns-coordinating integrated outreach across broadcast, print, online, social media, events, and more.
  • Drive the review and approval process for marketing materials, coordinating across the organization to deploy efforts with IT, program management, and the client.
  • Own project budgets and revenue forecasts, and manage budgets throughout delivery.
  • Deliver monthly reporting on marketing program activities and results.
  • Travel: Local travel for client meetings required, other travel less than 25%.

What you'll bring (minimum qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field. (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education).
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, social marketing, or a related field, particularly experience in marketing or account work at an advertising agency (or similar). Experience in energy, environment, utilities, and/or government is preferred.
  • Knowledge of and experience in marketing to Southern California residents and businesses.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$118,807.00 - $201,971.00
