  • Planning and executing high-impact events such as VIP previews, influencer dinners, media nights, and ongoing experiential activations
  • Partnering with PR agencies and media to generate strong press coverage and brand awareness
  • Leading content strategy, photoshoots, storytelling, and digital presence across platforms
  • Collaborating with operations to create in-store marketing moments that drive revenue and enhance the guest experience
  • Analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and profitability
  • Supporting future Noble Steakhouse openings and helping scale the brand across multiple locations

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between marketing, operations, and leadership teams
  • Maintain a strong, consistent brand voice and visual identity
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans tied to revenue growth and brand positioning
  • Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, influencers, and key community partners
  • Be hands-on in execution while also providing high-level strategic direction
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior marketing team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead marketing initiatives and campaigns from concept through execution
  • Strong understanding of brand development, guest engagement, and experiential marketing
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a creative and strategic mindset
  • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and be present for key events and service times
  • Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Compensation amp; Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 – $125,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
