Provide daily supervision and direction to staff, setting program priorities, resolving conflicts and barriers, planning and coordinating schedule activities involving projects or tasks across the ATS Enterprise. Analyze interdependencies between related projects and provide cross-departmental collaboration with other functional areas. Perform business and administrative activities, such as budgeting, manpower and resource planning, and financial reporting. Produce management plans, financial documents, and presentation graphics. Coordinate vendor relationships and review deliverables. Exhibit exceptionally effective communication skills. Utilize SES data platforms and provide products utilizing Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Project, and general computer knowledge.
