Jiffy Lube International is the largest quick lube franchisor in the United States, supporting a network of more than 2,200 service locations. Through its owned franchisee operations and strategic supplier relationships, the organization is focused on operational excellence, customer experience, and scalable growth across a highly dynamic automotive services platform.

Executive Team Support

  • Provides high‑quality administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team
  • Coordinates complex meeting logistics, including agenda preparation, materials distribution, and follow‑up action tracking.
  • Partners with the Events Manager to plan and execute executive meetings, conferences, and internal events.
  • Manage executive calendars, prioritizing competing demands and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Oversees end‑to‑end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, and itinerary preparation.
  • Prepares, processes, and reconciles executive expense reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serves as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional communication and timely responses.
  • Maintains confidentiality and exercises sound judgment when handling sensitive information and executive correspondence.
  • Supports creation of presentations, briefing documents, and meeting summaries as needed.

Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations, including mail, deliveries, printing, shipping, and vendor coordination.
  • Develops and maintains the office budget framework and ensures all expenses are accurately tracked.
  • Monitors inventory of office supplies, furniture, appliances, and electronics; coordinates procurement as needed.
  • Ensures meeting rooms, common areas, and kitchen spaces remain clean, organized, and fully stocked.
  • Coordinates with maintenance and facilities vendors to ensure a safe, functional, and well‑maintained office environment.
  • Tracks office performance metrics and partners with senior management to improve processes and operational efficiency.
  • Maintains filing systems, IT equipment inventory, and office supply records.
  • Orders and replenishes refreshments for the “Snack Hub” to support employee experience.

Qualifications / Education
