Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of field events, trade shows, and conferences that drive qualified pipeline
  • Translate campaign objectives into high-impact in-person experiences that generate meetings, leads, and opportunities
  • Build and manage the annual events calendar in alignment with vertical marketing plans and sales priorities
  • Manage end-to-end logistics including booth design, vendors, sponsorships, travel, shipping, and onsite execution
  • Lead pre- and post-event campaigns (email, paid media, outreach) to maximize attendance and follow-up conversion
  • Track and report on event performance including meetings set, pipeline influenced, and ROI
  • Own budget planning and spend management across all assigned events
  • Ensure brand consistency across all event materials, messaging, and onsite presence
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (comms, sales, executives) to secure speakers, content, and talking points
  • Identify and implement process improvements to scale event execution and standardize playbooks
  • Travel to and manage onsite execution for key events, as needed
  • Other responsibilities as directed by supervisor
Requirements:

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  • 7-8+ years of experience managing B2B events, trade shows, or field marketing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Proven track record of executing events that generate pipeline and measurable business outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior stakeholders and customers
  • Detail-oriented with a bias for execution and accountability
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
  • Vendor negotiation and contract management experience
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Pardot, Salesforce)
  • Willingness to travel (up to ~50%, depending on event calendar)
