Job Description:
Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Division Order Analyst reporting to the Division Order Manager in Midland, TX. This position will be responsible for properties in Texas and New Mexico. The ideal candidate will have strong technical as well as communication skills and be able to contribute his/her expertise while working on multi-disciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
General Responsibilities
  • Answering both internal and external inquiries
  • Create and maintain Revenue and JIB decks
  • Review title documentation to determine accurate interests on DOI's
  • Assist with SOX compliance practices to sustain certification as required
  • Assist landmen with data conversion and research and data cleanup projects as needed
  • Review Title Opinions and work with Landmen to cure title requirements
  • Support owner relations inquiries for area of responsibility
  • Maintain electronic and paper records
  • Generate and distribute division order/transfer orders

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum of high school diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Spotfire
  • Experience working within Land systems: preferably Quorum (QRA, QDO)
  • Strong attention to detail and flexibility regarding workload and priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization and multi-task various projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
