About the Role

Atira Hospitality is seeking a Senior Director of Accounting to oversee accounting operations and financial reporting for a growing hospitality platform. This leadership role will work closely with property teams, outsourced bookkeeping partners, and remote accounting staff to ensure accurate financials, organized processes, and strong operational support.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and able to build structure, improve workflows, and support the continued growth of the company.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Oversight & Reporting
  • Review and finalize monthly financial statements
  • Ensure financial reporting is accurate and timely
  • Work closely with Inn-Flow and property accounting teams
Accounting Operations
  • Oversee daily accounting functions, including AP, reconciliations, and accruals
  • Support payroll and vendor payment processes
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records
Team Leadership
  • Lead remote bookkeeping and accounting support teams
  • Establish accountability and efficient workflows
  • Support training and process consistency across the portfolio
Process Improvement & Scalability
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and reporting
  • Assist with onboarding new properties into accounting systems
  • Help strengthen processes as the company continues to grow
Operational & Strategic Support
  • Partner with operations leadership on financial questions and property support
  • Assist with cash flow visibility and financial planning
  • Provide recommendations to improve efficiency and controls
