Information Technology - SAP

Bring your skills and experience to as a Sr. SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) Configuration Analyst at Bell's Commercial Business Center in Fort Worth, TX. This role is a hands-on role using analytical, consulting, business knowledge, and application solution expertise to effectively integrate and implement technology solutions into the business environment. The resource is responsible for all aspects of our SAP FICO application that is currently implemented SAP ERP (ECC 6.0) functional solution. This position will work closely with the Finance team as well as others within the Support Teams to ensure strong alignment between the business needs and the application solutions. This role is responsible for developing, configuring, and delivering effective SAP specific solutions for our business.

What You'll Be Doing as a Sr. SAP FICO Configuration Analyst

       Hands-on problem identification, problem resolution and problem documentation and communication.

       Provide support & design direction for month-end/quarter/year-end closing.

       Strong Financial accounting experience with strong skills across FICO module including Financial Org Structure and Master Data, General Ledger, AP, AR, Tax, Intercompany Accounting, CCA, PCA, Internal Orders, Foreign currencies & Project Systems.

       Work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with multiple concurrent assignments as well as working and communicating effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas.

       May be required to work beyond normal working hours from time to time as the workload dictates.

Skills You Bring to This Role

       5 years of SAP FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) experience in Org Structure and General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Asset Accounting, Billing and Accounts Receivable, Tax Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Project Systems, and/or other related role.

       Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Management or related degree.

       Knowledge of US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) & IFRS
(International Financial Reporting Standards) accounting is preferred.

       Experience in the aerospace and defense industry and knowledge of GPD (Grouping, Pegging, and Distribution) is a plus.

       Ability to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication and interpersonal skills that exhibit clear and concise written and verbal communication.

       Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and of MRO business is plus.
