The role focuses on collecting, validating, and updating configuration item (CI) records so that the environment's current state is consistently reflected for operational and governance needs.

Working under the direction of senior configuration and service management staff, this position assists with configuration audits, data quality checks, and analysis that enable effective incident, change, and problem management. • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance, with U.S. citizenship required.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
