We are seeking a hands-on Senior SQL Developer with deep T-SQL expertise and strong experience in MS Access 2003/VBA. This role will focus on stabilizing and reverse-engineering a legacy Access-based application, designing SQL-centric data flows, and delivering integrations between an on-prem Access/SQL Server ERP and modern enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain complex T-SQL stored procedures, functions, and data models in SQL Server.
  • Read, modify, and extend MS Access 2003 applications using VBA.
  • Reverse-engineer and stabilize legacy Access/SQL Server solutions.
  • Design and implement ETL/data ingestion pipelines, including file parsing, data loading, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Build and support system integrations, including initial integration with the Infor platform.
  • Support near-term integration delivery and contribute to longer-term ERP modernization initiatives (including future S/4 migration).

Required Skills:
  • Senior-level, hands-on SQL Server development with advanced T-SQL expertise.
  • Strong experience with MS Access 2003 and VBA.
  • Proven experience building ETL/data ingestion pipelines and automating data quality checks.
