Responsibility
Provide expertise in design, implementation, deployment, maintenance, and documentation of Primavera EPPM, Primavera Portfolio Management, Primavera Unifier, Time Control, OBI / BI Publisher, Oracle Gateway, UDC, Integrated Framework with external applications like ERP systems.
• Guide a team of technical professionals responsible for administering and supporting the Primavera environment.
• Responsibility includes interacting with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support and continuous enhancements of the application and its related integration. Post implementation support.
• Operate independently to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with project methodologies and best practices. Share best practices across businesses.
• Deliver functional and technical solutions on standard to complex customer engagements within defined policies and processes.
• Strong design & programming skills (UI-UX/ASP.Net/PHP/C#), Perform Code Review, Ability to maintain software code reusability and knowledge management.
• Effective communication and take ownership of assigned projects and pre-sales opportunities and drive them to closure. Document Technical Development
• Ability to work independently and with the team to ensure quality deliverables on time.
• Experience with Oracle product P6, Unifier, Primavera Cloud - AppStream /On-Premises and strong knowledge in Oracle Database, Advance PLSQL, Expertise with Web services; WebLogic, SOAP and REST Working with APIs/Integrations
• Installation and Oversee the deployment of Oracle Primavera Suite Applications, Primavera version upgrades and troubleshooting
• Data Conversion, Data migrations and Database performance enhancement
• Identify configuration changes and other relevant inputs to the overall Primavera solution specific to the organization's usage of the Primavera Tool Suite.
• Manage the servers Clustering, Load Balancing, Job Services and drive day-to-day operations. UDC Universal Data Centre (Homegrown) Jobs monitoring.
• Implement Security management, Preventive maintenance, access controls, permissions, License Management and auditing
• Project scheduling and Resources management expertise, Earned Value Analysis
• Develop and deliver training programs for users to maximize their proficiency in utilizing Primavera tools.
• Servers support (DEV, QA and PROD, Oracle and SQL) - Including backups generation. Ensure stable environments across all P6 applications.
• Develop a method for tracking and observing metrics to identify trends to Reduce the number of unplanned outages.
• Work closely with application teams, leadership, stakeholders to identify simplification opportunities within the organization. This includes Developing action plans, timelines, support assessments and metrics to illustrate improvements, capture opportunities for enhancements and identify business needs. Act as the primary point of communication between IT and operating, business and functional units.
• Serve as the escalation point for technical issues providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Primavera Solutions to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 12+ years of hands-on relevant domain experience.
• Extensive experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Primavera software solutions.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Leadership experience in a technical role, including team management and mentoring.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Certifications in Primavera/Unifier software administration.
• PMP / ITIL certification added advantage.
