Description
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the fire protection and construction industry while learning hands-on from experienced professionals.
As a Sprinkler Fitter Apprentice, you will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of commercial and fire sprinkler systems while developing the skills needed to advance in the trade.
The ideal candidate is hardworking, safety-focused, eager to learn, and interested in building a career in the skilled trades. No prior sprinkler fitting experience is necessary — we are willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with installation of fire sprinkler piping and systems 
  • Support journeyman sprinkler fitters on job sites 
  • Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings 
  • Measure, cut, thread, and assemble pipe 
  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment 
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment 
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety procedures 
  • Travel to local job sites as needed 
  • Participate in on-the-job and classroom training opportunities 


Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn a skilled trade 
  • Construction or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required 
  • Ability to use hand and power tools 
  • Strong work ethic and reliable attendance 
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments 
  • Comfortable working on ladders and in various weather conditions
