Who we are:
Springfield Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join our team just outside of Washington, D.C. We are looking for a veterinarian who values collaboration, communication, and high-quality patient care and wants to become part of a close-knit, supportive team.
Established in the 1960s, Springfield Animal Hospital is one of the longest-operating veterinary hospitals in the area and has built a strong reputation for providing compassionate, personalized care to generations of pets and families. While we are proud of our history, we continue to evolve and invest in the future-including a recent remodel and renovation that created a beautiful, modern, welcoming environment designed for clients, patients, and our team to feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
About Our Practice
We are a stand-alone, 100% small animal hospital with deep roots in the community and a strong focus on teamwork, collaboration, and exceptional patient care. Our hospital is home to a family-like team of 20 dedicated professionals who genuinely enjoy working together. We believe in supporting one another, communicating openly, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued. Our team connects both inside and outside of the hospital through strong relationships, shared experiences, and a commitment to making Springfield Animal Hospital a great place to work.
We are proud to serve a diverse community and partner with local organizations, shelters, and community groups to help provide care to pets and families throughout the area. Located near a large military community, we have the privilege of supporting many military families and their beloved pets.
