Reliable Chevrolet, one of the leading automotive dealerships in Springfield Mo, is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about automobiles, customer service, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer concerns, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
  • Vehicle Diagnostics: Work closely with customers to accurately identify vehicle issues and provide detailed explanations and repair recommendations.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate and schedule service appointments to ensure an efficient workflow in the service department. Collaborate with technicians to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle service history, and repair orders. Ensure all paperwork is complete, detailed, and compliant with dealership standards.
  • Upselling and Recommendations: Promote additional services and products tailored to customer needs to enhance their vehicle's performance, safety, and longevity.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to explain complex technical issues to customers in an understandable manner.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive systems and components. ASE certification or similar technical credentials are a plus.
