Mercy Endocrinology located in Springfield, Missouri is a growing and established, collegial outpatient practice. Mercy Endocrinology is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Endocrinologist interested in a highly sustainable clinical model with procedural options, strong team support, and an excellent quality of life. Our Mercy Endocrinology team is currently powered by three endocrinologists, four physician assistants, supported by dedicated staff, including a 1:1 medical-assistant model. The practice offers in-house laboratory services, a strong referral base, and an opportunity to perform thyroid ultrasound and ultrasound-guided FNA biopsies for physicians who enjoy procedures.

  • Mercy Springfield consists of 1000 integrated providers

  • Four-and-a-half-day outpatient workweek, generally 8-4 pm.

  • No inpatient rounding requirement; hospital diabetes care is managed by hospitalists

  • Minimal call, with most initial calls triaged through an experienced PA
