Overview

Mercy is seeking a Family Medicine physician with surgical obstetrics to join our thriving practice in St. Robert, Missouri. Mercy is experiencing growth and high demand in the region. St. Robert is in the Ft. Leonard Wood, Waynesville, and Rolla area, located halfway between St. Louis and Springfield on I-44.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Family Medicine with Surgical OB services, including OB care and, when applicable, C-section procedures as part of the practice scope.
  • OB call scheduled at 1 in 3 or better.
  • Access to a primary care nurse team for in-basket message support.
  • Utilize Microsoft Dax and other AI technology to improve efficiency and work-life balance.
  • Flexible workweek options, including a 4-day workweek.
  • Collaborate with a broad team to support patient care and mentor colleagues.
  • Choose from outpatient-only, hospital medicine, urgent care, OB, ER, prenatal care, procedures, occupational medicine, sports medicine, hospice and palliative medicine to align with professional interests.
  • Receive a comprehensive benefits package, occurrence-based liability insurance, and generous time off with an annual CME allowance of $5,000.
  • Leverage Mercy Virtual and Mercy Now to minimize outpatient phone calls.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on quality of life and physician wellness, including a comprehensive wellness program and social activities.
