Job Summary:

This school-based Speech Language Pathologist position provides support to Springfield Schools in Holland, Ohio . The Speech Language Pathologist will collaborate with students, families, and interdisciplinary school professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). The role focuses on enhancing students’ functional, academic, and developmental skills to promote success and independence within the school environment.

Through developing and administering speech-language treatment programs, a Speech Language Pathologist works to facilitate rehabilitation of communication, swallowing and cognitive-linguistic disorders.

You will work with the patient, family members and your team to establish the plan of care and establish goals.

In this role, you will evaluate your patient and perform assessments throughout the patient’s rehabilitation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology

  • Current License as Speech-Language Pathologist in State of practice

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence from the America Speech-Language-Hearing Association
