THE OPPORTUNITY

Springbrook is seeking a forward-thinking, customer-centric Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in supporting revenue growth and customer engagement. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Implementation teams to understand customer challenges, demonstrate the value of Springbrook's ERP and payments solutions, and guide prospects to become customers and engage with customers to nurture upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude with strong business acumen, learning agility, and emotional intelligence. They are intellectually curious, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and capable of tailoring conversations to diverse audiences - from non-technical municipal clerks to finance directors and executive stakeholders. This role is highly collaborative and suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving SaaS environment where adaptability, initiative, and relationship-building are essential.

As a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, the Solutions Engineer will help uncover customer pain points, align solutions to operational needs, and deliver compelling demonstrations that drive successful customer outcomes and long-term partnerships.
