Job description

Job Description Summary This recruitment will be used to fill Grounds Crew staff for our Spring Training & Player Development Home for the Cleveland Guardians and the Cincinnati Reds. The length of this temporary assignment will vary. Spring Training Complex Grounds Crew will provide assistance to full time Ballpark staff in the areas of field and landscape maintenance, janitorial duties, all non-sporting event set up and break down, and all other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate must have the ability to thrive in a high work volume environment and also be flexible with work schedules. Work location: 2717 S Wood Blvd, Goodyear, AZ 85338 Requirements: No experience is required. The hours of work will vary including afternoons and weekends.
