• Conduct thorough assessments of client mental health status through interviews and psychological evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide daily therapeutic services to youth and adults, including individual therapy, group sessions, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish and implement effective treatment strategies for issues including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
• Create, maintain, and monitor comprehensive treatment documentation, including progress notes and intake records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal standards.
• Lead therapeutic activities, fostering a safe, engaging environment conducive to healing and personal growth.
• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to a dynamic learning environment and sharing best practices with colleagues.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Spring Psychotherapy Center, you will work primarily with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including youth experiencing emotional and behavioral difficulties. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of five years of professional experience providing counseling services as a Licensed Professional Counselor, with documented supervised experience.
• Strong understanding of various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, with the ability to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth methodologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Additional certifications in specialized treatment modalities are a plus.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience.
