The Commencement Group is looking to hire Outside Sales Interns for Spring 2026.


For our upcoming Spring 2026 season, we have work available:


Month of May/June - May 15-17 are mandatory!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Open availability during our busiest times (busiest weekends: May and June, May 15-17 are mandatory.)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Provide own means of transportation to our warehouse (15600 S Avalon Blvd) *
  • Freshman, sophomore or junior in college
  • Open to traveling for extended periods of time
  • Reliable and responsible

Responsibilities:

  • Traveling throughout our regions to sell various commemorative items at commencements
  • Setting up retail kiosks at commencements
  • Utilizing sales techniques to effectively execute sales
  • Working as a team to generate revenue and hitting sales goals
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory of products at kiosks throughout the day
  • Understanding and implementing the marketing of products
  • Maintaining our company brand and professional demeanor on-site


Financial:

  • Hourly pay of$18/hour
