Job Description

Inspect, assemble, and package quality parts within established production standards.

What you’ll do:

  • Make sure all necessary supplies are at the machine prior to start‐up.
  • Processes customer orders in accordance with bill of materials and item configuration to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Operate an injection molding machine in either continuous or single‐cycle.
  • Perform the following tasks within the machine’s cycle time:
  • Log in and start activity on Epicor.
  • Retrieve parts from conveyer.
  • Pull parts off the machine.
  • Trim and/or cut as required.
  • Spray mold as needed.
  • Inspect parts for defects.
  • Place correct band size on parts, tighten bolts on bands, and/or add the correct label on the parts.
  • Build boxes and skids while assuring the correct quantity of parts are packed.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain proper housekeeping in your workstation according to the company's safety and quality plans.
  • Practice safety in your workstation and all facilities according to the guidelines of the CCI Handbook.
