As a Sportsbook Supervisor, you will

Shift: Varies | Pay: $25.00 Per Hour 

  • Supervise Sportsbook team members to ensure adherence to company policies, Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting for Casinos (SAR) requirements, internal control standards, and applicable gaming regulations. Monitor sportsbook activity for suspicious behavior and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Reconcile cash drawers and close out Sportsbook Representatives at the end of their shifts, ensuring all funds and documentation are secure and properly accounted for.
  • Assist in departmental budgeting processes, provide recommendations, and support budget compliance initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Sportsbook Manager to implement strategies focused on guest service, comping, revenue generation, and expense control. Recommend operational improvements as needed.
  • Support team member engagement by addressing feedback, concerns, and suggestions in partnership with the department Manager.
  • Prepare and distribute daily sports sheets and ensure station readiness.
  • Provide guests with clear explanations of wagering rules, betting lines, and odds.
  • Escalate guest concerns and suspicious activity to leadership as appropriate.
  • Approve or deny wagers within authorized limits.
  • Maintain and update customer sheets and betting odds in accordance with policy.
  • Resolve guest disputes promptly and professionally within scope of authority.
  • Assist with employee training, development, performance evaluation, discipline, and scheduling.
  • Promote a culture of safety and awareness to reduce workplace injuries.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property amenities and offerings.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a high-volume, cash-handling customer service role; supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with sportsbook operations and betting terminology is a plus.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job may include the following supervisory responsibilities:

  • Support team development and training initiatives.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing constructive feedback.
  • Recommending staffing and scheduling adjustments to meet operational needs.
  • Managing workflow and work procedures.
  • Providing input on employee coaching, recognition, and disciplinary actions.
