They have offices in London, Las Vegas and Uppsala, and would appreciate seeing you in one of them or working remotely from the place you prefer.
Scope of the Role:
This role will lead the formation of the company's sportsbook client vision & strategy, and its delivery across all key areas to achieve a best-in-class sportsbook for the company's partners. The role will be responsible for overseeing best practices within the product team, as well as mentoring more junior members of the team. Will be required to manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure the client vision is always aligned with changing business goals and needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and delivery of the vision & strategy for the company's Sportsbook client
  • Work with key stakeholders to ensure the client vision always aligns with business goals
  • Responsible for ensuring product development processes & best practice is followed within the Client product team
  • Be a driver for continuous improvement in the product development process & delivery
  • Mentor & coach product owners
  • Build strong relationships & work closely with tech counterparts to ensure vision aligns with technical reality & scope is delivered in accordance with technical best practice
  • Oversee the delivery of the strategy through thorough roadmap management, backlog creation and effective project management
  • Stay up to speed on changing industry trends and customer needs, new innovations & best practices in Sportsbook construction
  • Oversight of live issues & how they impact strategy to instruct prioritisation of resolution

Knowledge, skills and experience:
  • A well-rounded communicator, with strong interpersonal skills; quick to build rapport with an ability to influence without authority
  • Strong sportsbook knowledge
  • Strong understanding of UI & UX best practices in a Sportsbook setting
  • Experience working with Sportsbook clients and developing key features and functionality, from design to implementation
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Excellent project management skills, demonstrated through an ability to work to deadlines through excellent time management, prioritisation & communication
  • Ability to translate complex, technical ideas into layman's terms
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing time, multiple priorities, and tasks
