Eligibility Requirements

· Currently enrolled in or just completed the second year of a four-year BA/BS program during the 2026–2027 academic year

· Majoring in a business or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) field

· Attending an accredited U.S. or Canadian college or university

· For US based roles: Permanent U.S. work authorization

· For Canada based roles: Legally authorized to work in Canada without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
