FOX Sports is looking for a Specialist, AI & Digital Video Creation role in Los Angeles, CA. The Digital Specialist supports the creation and publishing of sports video content across FOX Sports digital and social platforms. This role assists in editing short-form and long-form content, clipping live moments, and preparing assets for distribution.


The ideal candidate is an early-career video editor with strong technical fundamentals, a passion for sports and social media, and an interest in learning how AI tools can support creative advancement and content production workflows.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in editing short-form and long-form sports videos for digital and social platforms
  • Clip live game highlights and breaking news moments for real-time publishing
  • Support vertical video production for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Add captions, graphics, and basic motion elements to enhance storytelling
  • Use AI tools to assist with tasks such as caption generation, transcription, image support, and workflow efficiencies
  • Prepare and export video files according to platform specifications
  • Collaborate with editors, producers, and social teams to ensure the timely delivery of content
  • Monitor sports and social trends to support content ideation
  • Ensure content follows brand guidelines and league rights restrictions
  • Maintain organized project files and assist with asset management


WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • 1+ years of digital media, video production, or related experience
  • Experienced and interested in growing skills using generative AI tools in video content creation and workflows
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere
  • Basic knowledge of After Effects and/or Photoshop
  • Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X publishing formats
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for sports and digital media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work weekends/nights as needed, since schedules will vary by season with sports
