Join a high impact Sales Operations team where you will play a pivotal role in enabling regional sales leaders to focus on what matters most, driving growth and delivering value to customers. As a Regional Sales Operations Analyst, you will partner directly with senior sales leadership, ensuring seamless execution of critical processes while driving operational excellence across the region. This is an opportunity to build visibility, influence decision making, and make a measurable impact in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
What will you be doing?
  • Acting as the primary Sales Operations partner to an Area Vice President and regional sales leadership team
  • Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting, insights and performance summaries to drive decision making
  • Supporting regional operating cadences and coordinating QBR and planning materials
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes including territory alignment, system access and compliance controls
  • Executing territory and alignment changes while ensuring CRM accuracy and clear field communication
  • Serving as the first point of contact for regional pricing requests and coordinating approvals with Finance and Sales leadership
  • Supporting customer pricing inquiries, data validation and ensuring accurate system updates
  • Partnering cross functionally with Sales, Finance, HR, IT and Sales Systems to resolve operational needs
  • Tracking, managing and resolving operational requests while identifying opportunities for process improvement
  • Driving compliance reviews and ensuring alignment with internal agreements and policies
What will you need to be successful?
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations or a related field
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
  • Proven ability supporting sales leadership teams in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Experience in MedTech, Life Sciences or complex B2B environments is preferred
  • Exposure to pricing or contracting processes and advanced Excel or dashboarding tools is a plus

Locations: Remote based but need to be located in the following regions Northeast (Andover, MA); South (Florida or Texas DFW or Austin), Central (MN, IN, MI), West (CA, AZ)

Travel Requirements: Up to 20% regionally, as needed

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000 USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith + Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. In addition to base pay, we provide competitive bonus and benefits, which include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k, tuition reimbursement, medical leave programs, parental leave, and generous PTO, paid company holidays annually and 8 hours of Volunteer time and a variety of wellness offerings such as EAP.
