JOB MISSION:

Responsible for leading and optimizing endtoend logistics operations across the United States, ensuring safe, compliant, costeffective, and ontime movement of goods. This role oversees transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations and driving continuous improvement across the supply chain.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Plan, direct, and oversee domestic inbound and outbound logistics operations; support overall logistics team.

  • Manage transportation modes including truckload (TL), lessthantruckload (LTL), intermodal and rail.

  • Ensure customer service levels and ontime, infull (OTIF) delivery targets are met.

  • Manage carrier performance and service reliability.

  • Cost Control & Performance Management.

  • Analyze cost drivers and implement costreduction initiatives.

  • Track and report KPIs such as OTIF, freight cost per unit, inventory turns, and warehouse productivity.

  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation and contingency plans.

  • Work with our ERP, WMS and external company systems.

  • Drive process standardization, automation, and datadriven decisionmaking.

  • Support network optimization, warehouse layout, and transportation strategy initiatives.

  • Loss Prevention Liaison. Proactively working with LP on any claims for losses. Running daily UPS reports to track any anomalies and report to UPS for initial investigation.

  • Working with the DC's on ASN issues and liaison with local freight forwarder for any ASN retriggers that are required.

  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business or related field or 7-10 years progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. logistics, transportation, and warehousing practices.

  • Proven experience managing carriers, 3PLs, and distribution partners.

  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Proficiency in logistics and ERP systems.

  • Strong planning, organization, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively and efficiently verbally and in writing are required; ability to handle multiple priorities is essential.

  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing.

  • Proven track record of stability and dependability in the workplace.

Lawrence, MA Distribution Center Only Pay Range: $114,600.00 - $147,800.00 - $181,100.00 Annual (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
