WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
The Senior Designer reports to the Senior Manager, Kids Sportswear Apparel Graphic Design and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across Apparel Design, Color Design, Product Management, Merchandising, and Development.
The role works across seasonal Kids Sportswear collections for both boys and girls, partnering to deliver elevated, scalable graphic narratives aligned to Nike's design ethos and business priorities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike seeks a Senior Designer who brings a strong creative point of view, deep understanding of kids' culture, and the ability to translate insights into compelling graphic systems for apparel.
This role requires a designer who balances concept and execution-driving innovative ideas while delivering against timelines, product creation needs, and commercial goals.
The ideal candidate:

  • 4+ years of apparel graphic design experience

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON
You will lead the development of seasonal graphic design concepts across Kids Sportswear apparel, contributing to both immediate product creation and long-term creative direction.
A typical day includes concepting graphic narratives, building visual centers, reviewing prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to bring product to life.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Create and execute graphic concepts across seasonal collections for boys and girls
  • Develop scalable graphic systems that work across silhouettes and product categories
  • Translate cultural and consumer insights into relevant, on-brand design solutions
  • Partner with Apparel Design, Color, and Product teams to ensure cohesive product storytelling
  • Lead presentations and communicate design intent to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Deliver creative excellence while meeting timelines, cost considerations, and product requirements
  • Contribute to the evolution of Kids Sportswear graphic identity through innovation and craft
