Job description

POSITION OVERVIEW:ย Internships usually begin at the end of May and go through early September. Mueller Sports Medicine (MSM) looks for candidates that are academically strong with a passion for their field of study. MSM provides opportunities for internships in marketing, purchasing, logistics, information technology (IT), finance and accounting, or customer service. An intern can expect to virtually and/or in-person meet with associates, vendors, customers to explore future career opportunities. If the intern chooses to take the internship for credit, MSM is willing to accommodate any recordkeeping or evaluation requirements.

Graphic Design

  • Assist and support planning and execution for Mueller brand marketing.ย  This includes the support of executing against the marketing plan for new and current products: content development via photography, videography, posters, flyers, packaging artwork for branded and private label products, preparation of graphic stimuli for market research testing.
  • Assist and support industry specific trade shows with overall planning, ideation and execution of marketing plan including social media, content development and branding.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Completed one year of post-high school education and enrolled for the fall semester at a technical college or four-year university. Pursuing a BA/BS in art, marketing, communications or related studies.

Ability to understand and comply with Mueller Safety Systems and current regulatory requirements.

Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment and read. The team member frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk and hear. Position requires frequent typing.
