Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of graphic planning, storefront visual communications, and complex store design initiatives
  • Partner with Store Planning, Design, Construction, Real Estate, Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing teams
  • Manage a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Create compelling renderings, presentations, elevations, and design packages
  • Review architectural drawings and site-specific conditions
  • Lead the planning and design of storefront graphic programs
  • Manage annual RFPs for graphic vendors
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of graphic planners
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Retail Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field, or significant relevant experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail design, graphic planning, environmental graphics, or store design
  • 2+ years of leadership experience managing design teams is a plus
  • Exceptional presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to corporate office and for site visits
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong Project management experience
