Role Overview

The Graphic Designer is a key member of the Marketing team, focused primarily on the creation of deal marketing materials that support the firm's property listings and sales efforts. This role combinesproficiencyin Adobe Creative Cloud, AI-powered design tools, and web content management to produce compelling, on-brand marketing collateral across digital and print channels.

In addition to deal marketing, the Graphic Designer collaborates closely with the in-house Research team to support the production of research reports and works with the sales team on custom project requests as needed. This roleoperateswithin established brand standards and workflows, with day‑to‑day guidance from Senior Graphic Designers and creative leadership.

This is a hybrid position, with aset scheduleof in-office and remotework days.Candidate must be located in the Kansas City Missouri MSA.

Essential Functions
  • Produce deal marketing materials for property listings, including offering memorandums, digital collateral, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Manage web content related to active listings and marketing campaigns across WordPress and listing websites, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Research team on the design and production of research reports and market publications.
  • Execute custom design projects for the sales team, responding to requests with quality deliverables within established timelines.
  • Perform photo editing, retouching, and visual enhancements to support listing and marketing materials.
  • Follow established design templates and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
  • Explore and apply AI-powered design tools to improve production efficiency and creative output.
  • Prepare print-ready files for vendor production on occasional print projects, ensuring proper specs are met.
  • Track and manage project tasks and deadlinesinMonday.com, keeping statuses current and communicating progress to team leads.
  • Maintain organized digital assets, design files, and project documentation.
  • Stay current on design trends, marketing best practices, and evolving software and AI tools relevant to creative production.
Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, ora relatedfield.
  • 2–4 years of professional design experience, with a strong preference for candidates who've worked in commercial real estate, real estate, or finance
  • Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Experience with WordPress, including front‑end design and content updates (no hard codingrequired).
  • Familiarity with web‑based content management platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management tools.
  • Curiosity anddemonstratedopenness to integrating AI tools into design workflows.
  • Basic understanding of print production requirements for vendor handoff.
  • Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and time‑management skills.
