You will interact with members, guests, and visitors nurturing a friendly and inclusive atmosphere. The role involves indoor and occasional outdoor activities, requiring adaptability to varying weather conditions. Our facilities are luxurious and deliver a comfortable and modern workplace. Expect to be on your feet for extended periods, engaging in physical activities, and occasionally lifting or moving equipment. We value teamwork, so collaboration and communication with colleagues across various departments are essential to our success.

  • Create a welcoming, knowledgeable, and service-first environment for all guests and members.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build local partnerships with businesses, schools, influencers, sports groups, and cultural organizations.
  • Represent Padel Haus in the local community to increase visibility and encourage trial and membership.
  • Research and integrate city-specific values (e.g. wellness, music, family, sports, tech, etc.) into campaigns and events that resonate with the local audience.
  • Create innovative campaigns and activation ideas to attract new guests and members from outside traditional racket sports.
  • Plan and execute a dynamic calendar of events, tournaments, mixers, and community experiences to drive attendance and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and your location's management team to tie events into growth KPIs, promotions, and programming goals.
  • Analyze attendance, feedback, and conversion metrics to continuously optimize events and outreach strategies.
  • Leverage national and citywide events to create locally relevant padel events.
  • Track and report membership leads, conversions, cancellations, and satisfaction trends weekly.
  • Collaborate with Club Director on calendar planning, guest experience feedback, and process improvement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand experience across communications, events, and guest interactions.
  • Collaborate and execute with the Juice Haus Manager for food and beverage catering during events.

What You Bring/Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in guest services, events, or hospitality management.
  • Demonstrated experience building outbound relationships or community partnerships.

Physical Requirements
